Planning

Every process of the production is thoroughly planned and discussed. The required time for the manufacturing a specific order is estimated and the supervisors makes sure that every process goes smoothly as planned.

 

Yarn Store

In Azad International, Yarn Store is stocked with a large Capacity of Ecru Yarn, Melange Yarn, Chain Marl and Sewing Thread.

Knitting

Knitting is a method by which thread or yarn may be turned into cloth or other fine crafts. Knitted fabric consists of consecutive loops, called stitches. As each row progresses, a new loop is pulled through an existing loop. The active stitches are held on a needle until another loop can be passed through them.

Dyeing

In Dyeing Department there are different number of SOFT WINDING, DYEING, HARD WINDING, DRYER and HYDRO machines with different daily and monthly capacity.

Printing

Our printing department is equipped with state of the art printing machines which runs through the different color scheme to ensure the desired look and quality.

Embroidery

Embroidery department of Azad International clothing (PVT) Ltd has two Embroidery Section having different machine with capacity.

Cutting

Machine Wise Cutting Detail
Cutting department is equipped with the CAD / CAM system for pattern designing and grading. Its auto lay marking and plotting is state of the art technology which help us to reduce fabric wastages and enhance the fabric usability. In order to ensure the constant supply of cut panels, our manual laying and cutting production runs parallel to meet the needs of stitching Inductions.

Stitching

In Azad international clothing (PVT) Ltd. We have overall 30 flows in all stitching units fully equipped with 350 machines of Lock Stitch, Over Lock, Flat Lock, Button Attach, Button Hole Bar Tack, Eyelet+Tipping and Cliping. This gives us flexibility and speed to produce many types of garments simultaneously. We have the experienced and technical team in production and quality which ensure the tailoring art of stitching. That is an important factor of our growth and customer’s satisfaction.

Finishing

The finishing department ensures that every garment is up to the requirements of the customers and completely pressed and well manufactured.

Inspection

Inspection officers checks every single garment before it is packed and makes sure that no faulty garment goes to the packing department.

Packing

After the garments has been inspected, they reach the warehouse. Every garment is carefully packed and becomes ready to be shipped. Warehouse department of Azad International Clothing has different daily and monthly packing capacity.

Delivery

Azad International always delivers the products on the time agreed upon. It is made sure that the products reach the customers safely without any damage or delay.
